We have had to put our prices up slightly - for obvious reasons - and we still offer 2006 prices on some accommodations and different discounts still apply Various prices apply depending on accommodation chosen please see below for details. 2 night minimum at weekends ( Friday & Saturday nights )

Prices are correct as of 12/06/08 All Special Offers are discretionary - give me 'attitude' and you'll pay the full price.
If this is the only method you have of payment, we need a minimum of 2 weeks to clear the funds and the full amount owed in advance of any booking and we add £15 to cover our extra workload. You MUST put a note with it giving all the relevant details - name, address, phone etc. dates required etc. If you do not, we will bank the cheque and you will have to prove ID when you arrive and if you cannot do this, there might not be a reservation for you. We do not let anonymous people into the venue who do not share their personal details with us as you could be absolutely anyone and we do not trust you if you withhold information from us. This is for everyone's safety and protection from prying media and nosey people who just want to look. No personal details - no reservation. We respect your need for privacy, but expect you to value and trust us as a business and how we facilitate our business. We DO NOT sell or pass on TO ANYONE your details.
Between 12pm and 2pm and 6pm - 8pm If you are going to arrive outside of these times, it is no problem as long as you have NOTIFIED US IN ADVANCE of a vague arrival time - and we will then be here with the kettle on.
Between 4pm and 6.30pm If you are going to arrive outside of these times PLEASE phone and check we will be here. This is because we also like a private life and need to get out and see the sea occasionally - or even take an afternoon nap, or on occasions have rampant nookie without being disturbed... ha ha

* Our collection and delivery to and from the station and the naturist beach is depending on time and staff being available. This is not an insured taxi service just a nice gesture. If it is inconvenient for us, please take a taxi or bus. We do what we can and at times, we simply have too much to do.
For those people who think we should charge less in the winter months, you have a choice... You can either have the heating on... or off. It may be considered 'out of season' in the winter -- although is actually our busiest time of the year - and as we have to heat the venue, this is the expensive time of the year to accept guests, so our prices remain the same. This is Bournemouth - with some of the most expensive properties in the world.

2 night weekend = £705 ( £54 pp or £27 pppn ) 3 night weekend = £920 ( £71 pp or £24 pppn )
For a block booking renting the entire venue - irrespective of numbers attending the prices above apply This is filling the venue with 13 guests
Breakfast, lunch and dinner available all days of your stay. 2 night weekend = £1,160 ( £89 pp or £45 pppn ) 3 night weekend = £1, 640 ( £126 pp or - £42 pppn )

PLEASE feel free to come and chat with me concerning prices, availability and content for your event as we will offer all sorts of assistance in putting it together for you so you do not need to worry about a thing... just find your people and we will do the rest. If you need advertising - this is up to you although we will offer free advertising on this web site but must not be taken as the only place you will find your participants. That is your concern. There are some responsibilities involved when you provide your own workshop / training and we have experienced many of the pit falls and we will offer any assistance needed, as well as advice and suggestions to help your event go smoothly so you do not have too much stress and can enjoy yourselves without the hassles involved. We offer a very open and broad minded approach to whatever you wish to 'pass by us' as your ideal event and we do not judge you accordingly... in fact... we may very well have hosted such events many times before and attended similar things elsewhere... and /or longed to host such an event... so please don't be shy .... you can open up and be honest and blunt with me as that's how I like it.... ha ha If you need a facilitator / host - please speak to me and we can chat... All discounted prices detailed above are reliant on you collecting the monies from your participants and we receive one deposit cheque and one payment for the remainder. If we have to collect individual cheques from each of your guests attending - then we will charge the full and normal price as detailed at the top of this page, which is considerably more per head. For any more details, please just ask.

available per person, per 7 day period. Extra days can be added at the usual
B&B price and any extra discount offered is between John Bellamy and his intuition. ** DOGS - a Credit / Debit Card is needed on any reservation which includes a dog as any damage is to be paid 'New for Old' plus 20% - as we have to go shopping to replace the damaged items and although we are gay and LOVE shopping, our time is precious. An untrained dog, is an unhappy dog. Please mention you saw this offer on our web page.
