Spirituality and Men is a self-development forum for men aiming to explore the spirit of man through informative dialogue, honest interaction and the silence of meditation.
At Global Co-operation House, London, the group meets on the first Sunday of every month. Each meeting includes a talk given by an experienced meditator, followed by refreshments and a workshop.
 
Since 1993, the Global Retreat Centre at Nuneham House (administered by theBrahma Kumaris World Spiritual University UK )  has welcomed thousands of people from across the world. They come to restore balance and focus to their life through solitude, silence and the study of spiritual values. Tucked away in the rolling countryside of Oxfordshire, surrounded by 55 acres of historical gardens and overlooking the river Thames, Nuneham Park is the perfect location to step away from the frantic pace of modern living, and to rediscover your inner peace and power.
 

I have attended several weekend events at their Oxfordshire retreat and was blown away by their kindness, thoughtfulness and consideration, let alone the work we shared.  Everything is free - you donate - and although I do not follow their inner journey - this is not 'in your face' and it is well worth a visit to their web site and getting on their e mail list.
