CREATING YOUR OWN MERKABA

What is a Merkaba ?    I shall make it easy. A double triangle with a point facing up and the other with its point facing down, and the two meet at the flat bases forming a powerful masculine and feminine double pyramid.

TRY THIS

Sit in the middle of your bed and close your eyes. Take 20 deep breaths and on the last out breath - breath out and hold it out for at least a minute.  Then take a slow inbreath through the nose and keeping your eyes shut,  raise your hands together above your head and find a central point above the middle of the bed and imagine you are drawing  a line from this point,  down to the two back edges of your bed.  Take this line  along the edges of the bed towards the front corners, and then back above your head to the central point above.  See the triangle clear in your minds eye as you create it.
Through your minds eye, extend this pyramid below the bed, in equal size to the one above,  and see yourself sitting within this douible pyramid - one facing up and the other facing down.
Take a few deep breaths and with your eyes still closed,  find your own words to speak aloud - something like:-

'God, Angels, Mother Earth, Universal Energies, Me, Myself and I - Mind, Body and Spirit,  Open a safe and protected space within these pyramids, within my murkaba - and keep me safe and strong, healthy and happy when I sleep in this bed and all those who may sleep within my murkaba.'

Then in your minds eye,  create exactly the same thing again, but this time create it outside and above the building you live in and imagine it covering the entire structure, regardless of size, and equal as above, so below , creating a massive double pyramid above and below your house,  apartment block or wherever you live.  In your minds eye, see these pyramids and say something like

' Protect my home and all who come within the structure - keep us warm and dry, secure and safe, healthy and happy, and help create a positive energy field within these pyramids to help and protect us at all times.  Many our physical energies grow within the murkaba and offer great healing energies to the surrounding areas and to everyone within sight of this giant structure.  May it bring peace and happiness and a spiritual awakening to all.'

Take a few deep breaths and visualize in your minds eye what you have just created and see the pyramids, feel their energies and see how safe you feel within.

The Murkaba will protect you from now on.

When I lived in Acapulco some decades ago, one night I found a HUGE cockroach in the bed with us and you have only to imagine what 2 queens made of that - screaming and screeching like a duo of strangled cats.  Sadly for the cockroach,  it felt the bottom of a shoe and was washed off the marble floors with dettol - just to make sure... ( oh please... )

After that - I couldn't sleep in that bed. Every night - every ripple of the sheets against my body was an insect of some kind, and my furtive imagination went into overdrive and I really thought I needed to leave Mexico for a c-c-c-cold climate where big bugs would not be a concern.  With the ceiling fan on at nights because of the heat, or the air conditioning fan causing a draft, the sheet over us would move and ripple and I would be certain it was another big bug. 

After a week of sleepless nights, a friend mentioned doing a pyramid above and below my bed,  which I did - much as I have stated above,  and I slept soundly in that bed the for remainder of my time there and never gave it another thought - oh and we asked the maid to cover all the drains in the bathrooms to make sure no more could climb up.

Now,   you also have a double pyramid / merkaba in / on your body and this is a powerful energy grid that helps you in all aspects of your life.

FIRST PYRAMID:- The bottom of the pyramid starts below your balls, in the middle of your Perinnium - the fleshy bit between your balls and your arse - where the bottom point is seated and comes up to your two nipples.

SECOND PYRAMID: Then from your nipples the pyramid expands to a central point in the middle of your forrid,  at your Third Eye - and this is the top of the second pyramid, its apex.

The enrgies that flow through and around this physical merkaba carry the escence of life and death,  and all that you are in connection with Mother Earth and the Universal Energies  that create an umbilical chord between the planet and the Heavens, and it comes up through your house merkaba as it does your personal merkaba,  and activating these energies and being in awareness of them,  ignites an energy grid within your Light Body - your Aura - and holds you safe.

If you use your merkaba - using the breathing techniques we teach here,  during sex,  you can take the orgasm from your groin and up into the base of the merkaba at groin level.  It starts to climb up the body exponentially growing as the energies flow upwards,  and multiple full body orgasms are achieved in this manner.  When the energy reaches your Third Eye,  it is this sexual energy that ignites and opens your Third Eye of intuition and connects you with the Universal Energies we call God, and this spiritual / sexual connection to   'all that is'   -can be truly life changing.

Now - when an orgasm climbs up through your system and opens your Third Eye of intuition - the orgasm is a thopusand times greater and really is FULL BODY and you are within the orgasm,  it is no longer within you.   Through the breath work I teach here - at some point within that orgasmic state - I find a pinpoint of white gold light in a circle with a black centre,  and this is all and nothing - positive and negative - this - quite simply - is the 'LITTLE DEATH' - which is what the word orgasm is taken to mean - and as soon as I become aware that death is so close,  my 'orgasm' rocks me back into an orgasmic state which sky rockets through my system - cementing me into life - for it is not yet my time to die - and the orgasmic state is the closest we can become to death while still alive,  and is what 0 ultimately - many people are seeking - that ultimate orgasm.

What does "Merkaba" mean?

The word Mer-Ka-Ba is from three smaller words: Mer, Ka and Ba. These words, as we are using them, come from ancient Egyptian.

Mer refers to a specific kind of light that was understood in Egypt during the 18th Dynasty following the reorientation of religions toward the worship of a one God of all creation. "Mer" was seen as two counter-rotating fields of light spinning in the same space. These fields are generated when a person performs specific breathing patterns that I teach here at Hamilton Hall.
Ka refers to the individual spirit of a person.  It puts you at the heart of the merkaba.
Ba refers to the spirit's interpretation of its particular reality. In the human reality, Ba is usually defined as the body or physical reality. In other realities where spirits don't have bodies, Ba refers to their concepts or interpretation of reality in the realm in which they exist. 
 

What is the Merkaba?

The Merkaba is a counter-rotating field of light generated from the spinning of specific geometric forms that simultaneously affects one's spirit and body. It is a vehicle that can aid mind, body and spirit to access and experience other planes of reality or potentials of life. In fact, the Merkaba is even much more than this. The Merkaba is a tool that helps humans reach their full potential.

The Merkaba is a crystalline energy field that is comprised of specific sacred geometries that align the mind, body, and heart together. This energy field created from sacred geometry extends around the body for a distance of 55 feet. These geometric energy fields normally spin around our bodies at close to the speed of light, but for most of us they have slowed down or stopped spinning entirely due to a lack of attention and use. When this field is reactivated and spinning properly, it is called a Merkaba. A fully activated Merkaba looks just like the structure of a galaxy or a UFO.

The Merkaba enables us to experience expanded awareness, connects us with elevated potentials of consciousness, and restores access and memory of the infinite possibilities of our being. When the Merkaba meditation is performed correctly, the Merkaba fluidly integrates our feminine (intuitive, receptive) and masculine (active, dynamic) aspects of our mind and spirit.
