MEDITATION WEEKEND CHILL OUT

Come and learn some easy techniques of meditation.
Stay the weekend in lovely accommodation and be shown and try several different techniques and see which one works best for you. Enjoy lots of free time to relax in the wonderful healing atmosphere of Hamilton Hall and re charge.

SILENT MEDITATION
Focusing the mind on your breathing to quieten the conscious nattering in your head.

MUSIC & DANCE
Throw yourself into the rhythm and dance your tits off. Allow your attention to wander during the movement and be one with the music, shutting out all other thoughts.

LED
Listen to the voice as it invites your Inner Eye to go on a wondrous journey – and all within your own imagination. Follow where you are led in this safe and structured meditation, excellent for beginners as it helps you learn not to fall asleep whenever you close your eyes for a long time.

EYES OPEN
By bringing your focus to a point between yourself and a distant point in the room, and by un-focusing in mid air – the room around you can vanish and allow an inner peace and calm.

BREATHING SPACE
By changing the manner in which you breath for this meditation, you can bring on an altered state of consciousness that can – quite literally – be life changing. -
You do not need to learn under someone with tons of training as all they have learned is usually from a book or from someone else. Your tutor for these weekends learned meditation through practice over many years and there is no snob value attached, just various easy to follow guided meditations that allow you to find your own inner space to enlightenment through meditation.
