The times below may vary according to the event you are attending, but these times below are quite generic.   ARRIVAL DAY   Arrival between 4 - 6.30pm Dinner is served at 7pm   Please arrive before dinner or keep us informed if you are ging to be late. The kitchen closes at 7.30pm   9 - 10.30pm - SHAMANIC WELCOMING CIRCLE   NEXT DAY Breakfast - between 8 - 9am Workshop starts at 10am Coffee Break 11am Lunch 1pm We commence at 2pm T  3.30 - 3.45pm  Tea break Finnish around 6pm Dinner at 7pm We commence at 9pm Depending on the workshop, we finnish between 10 - 11pm     FINAL DAY - USUALLY A SUNDAY Breakfast between 9 - 10am 10.30am - SHAMANIC CLOSING CEREMONY Midday - Light lunch Departure around 1pm Some people often leave earlier, like even before breakfast on the last day as they have long journeys home and we ask that you say goodbye to everyone either the night before  or in the morning and please do not just vanish off.   BANK HOLIDAY WORKSHOPS Some workshops are a day or two longer and the strusture is much the same as detailed here and any extra day, if the timings are to be altered, you will be advised the night before.   HOME PAGE
