• Rooms 2 -3 & 7 are offered with ROOM SHARING - in separate beds - & if you book a single place in these rooms you may be sharing the room 'community style'.   If you want Room 2 or 3 all to yourself, an extra charge will be made - SEE ABOVE - and you must state this at the time of reservation.
• 2 night minimum weekends - Friday / Saturday - Saturday / Sunday
  
• 1 night weekends are available subject to availability 48hrs prior to arrival with a £5 surcharge per person

• When providing your card details to pay for and confirm a reservation, you are entering into a legally binding contract between yourself and Hamilton Hall and verifying that you have read and understand our TERMS & CONDITIONS / SMALL PRINT.

  SPECIALLY PRICED WORKSHOP / THEME WEEKENDS
  
  If you book at a reduced price for a Workshop or Special Event weekend and cancell giving less than 72 hours notice, we will charge you the remainder of the price to bring it up to the corect full price .  ie:  a £300 workshop that is offered at £150 - booked and paid in advance as advertised to get this reduced price, is cancelled allowing us less than 72 hours notice, you will be charged a further £150  so you have paid the full amount.
  
  These special weekends take a lot of planning, advertising and arranging and when you let us down, regardless of reasons,  it lets everyone down.   We work hard in bringing these events to you and we must keep the numbers attending or else everyone is let down. 
  If you think this is harsh, then when you book,  take out Holiday Insurance to save this happening.
