Why preferably a gay male ? No reason - you could be a straight male - as long as you are good at what you do and willing and able to entertain a group of gay / bi men with your work.
Why local ? - Again - No reason - just one of ease - but if you do live away, no problem, what with e mail and skype, we can arrange and discuss any venture and you can come and visit and stay over as my guest when we meet to find out if we can work together and help support each others work.
