Hamilton Hall is on the south coast of England in the garden seaside town of Bournemouth in the county of Dorset and for our many American readers - a 'county' is like a state. Dorset is part of a World Heritage Site for its Jurassic Coast dating back millions of years and Dorset has tons of ancient spiritual sites.Lawrence of Arabia is buried in Dorset and there are more thatched roofs than anywhere else in England. This delightful county has milder weather than ' up north' and we rarely - very rarely - gets snow, so is a gardeners paradise.
( I wonder if they'll ever list me as World Heritage Site ? )
HAMILTON HALL WAS ONE OF THE FIRST IN THE UK TO BE GIVEN FULL PERMISSION TO CONTINUE BEING A MEN ONLY VENUE - WHILE MOST 'GAY HOTELS' TURNED 'GAY FRIENDLY' AND ALLOW WOMEN & CHILDREN AND ARE NOT EXCLUSIVELY MEN / GAY ONLY.
