A HEART CIRCLE OF MEDITATION
Each week we will meet and share an evening of meditation where your host will take you through a couple of different periods of meditation - with a refreshment break, and all free of charge. The evening will include introductions and those attending are welcome to become part of this regular weekly event and create a space where we can share some truths of the spiritual heart journey
