~ HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION ~




 



NO HIDDEN CHARGES  FOR PAYING

WITH CREDIT / DEBIT CARDS


Unlike larger businesses who just

rip you off 
with excessive card charges 


The  Bournemouth International Centre  (BIC)  adds 13% of the final bill to cover credit / charge card costs even though they will be paying the max of around 1½ % and the remainder is a blatant rip off.

We must have all the details listed below for a confirmed reservation.  

This is for your protection and that of everyone else - please respect this.

The card holder must be the person making the reservation.



 

 

  1. Card number
  2. Cardholders name as it appears on the card
  3. Expiry date
  4. Security number on the reverse of the card
  5. Solo / Maestro/ Switch cards - The Issue Number
  6. Return billing address with your street number and postcode
  7. Home / Mobile phone number
  8. Details of your required reservation
  9. Your email address to send a confirmation email to
     
  10. All B&B reservations require either 50 or 100% payment at the time the reservation is made.
  11. All discounted prices require full payment to receive the discount.
  12. All workshop weekends require full payment in advance.
     
  13. Payment by cheque, only by special arrangement and a £20 charge is added.

    Multiple e mails / phone calls to make a single reservation may incurr an extra admin. fee if you continuously ask questions found answered on this web site or if we feel you are just messing ( us ) around and not making life easy for us - and yourself.

     



WE DO NOT TAKE CHEQUES

unless with prior arrangement and add £25 to the charge.

PLEASE ALWAYS PRESS 'RETURN' WHEN SENDING MULTIPLE E MAILS SO ALL DISCUSSED DETAILS ARE RETURNED FOR EASY AND CLEAR RECOLLECTION.

If when making a booking you do not provide all the relevant informatiuon required and we have to spend extra time e mailing again and making sure you follow all the instructions required by the bank and that are legal,  we may charge for the extra time involved. Please do not take it upon yourself to decide what information YOU think we need when we have made it PERFECTLY CLEAR what is required and know our job.

When providing your credit / debit  card details to pay for and confirm a reservation, you are entering into a legally binding contract  between yourself and Hamilton Hall and verifying that you have read and understand our
Terms and Conditions.
