Under 7 days and up to 72 hours notice

No refund but date change for a future date

Less than 72 hours cancellation, no refund.

No refund is offered and the full price retained by Hamilton Hall.

( Sorry but its a huge amount of work preparing for the Festive Season and if people cancel at the last minute this makes it a disapointing festive season for everyone else attending.  )

If either party cancel due to Covid restrictions - no refund is available and a future date will be offered

If Hamilton Hall cancels your booking then a 100% refund will be offered 

and/or the choice to hold the booking for a future date of your choice.

We have adapted our venue, service, prices and Terms & Conditions to take affect because of the Corona Virus and how life for us all has changed radically.
We appreciate there is not much money around.

Many business' closed and thousands made unemployed.

We also appreciate many have been locked away and are desperate for some freedom, some company, some emotional and physical intercourse and

a chance to get back to something that resembles  normal life again.

If we feel at any time you are just ' taking then piss' - ' fucking us over' - or being abusive in any fashion,  you will be told in no uncertain terms how we view your actions and if you do not rectify - you will have your resrvation cancelled and no refund at all.

If we  supply you with these we will charge £10 pp to the credit / debit card used to make the reservation.  Public Transport it is now illegal NOT to wear a mask.

We ask that you show you are responsible and have brought your own gels,

masks and gloves.

We are working extra hard and expect you to be appreciative of this'

and is offered as a gesture to help those in need and who cannot afford a few days away - and is a gesture of kindness from us - no other hotel gives free holidays to those in need and we ask your cooperation with this financially if and where you can afford to pay the full price, this helps with this.


Any form of abuse whether through e mail, on the phone or in person

will not be tollerated. Please - do not mess with us.

Please - enjoy your stay and help others to enjoy theirs as well.

So - please respect us as we respect you in return.

We all need each other.

CONTINUATION IN  LOCKDOWN


If there are more lockdowns around the country and in various areas  - all bookings will not be refundable and we will offer a Date Change as and when convenient. We are struggling - and offering huge discounts to help you - and us - make it through - and we cannot afford to re pay monies. Please be appreciative of how business is strugling all over.   This covers government / local  council led lockdowns as well as individuals going into lockdown.

Hamilton Hall

To protect Hamilton Hall,  we have an assortment of Social Distancing measure in place and expect our guests to respect and follow these guidelines as far as possible.  If we feel you are not - and are causing a medical / health worry for myself, my staff and other guests, you will be advised of your behaviour and if you cannot change your manner you may be told to leave immediately with no refund offered and £150 charged against the reservation makers card to cover extra deep cleaning of the said guests room. 

SOME PEOPLE HAVE DECIDED TO PLAY GAMES WITH US SENDING MULTIPLE E MAILS, MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS, GENERALLY MESSING US ABOUT WITH CANCELLATIONS AND THEN DEMANDING A FULL REFUND WHERE THEY CLEARLY HAVE NOT READ OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS AND ANY KIND OF ABUSE OF MESSING ABOUT WILL NOT BE TOLLERATED AND MAY WELL BE CHARGED FOR WASTING OUR TIME. IF YOU CANNOT ACCEPT WHAT IS GOING ON IS NOT ALL ABOUT YOU - AND HOW WE ARE ALL INVOLVED, THEN WE WILL NOT ENTER INTO DIALOGUE IF AND WHERE WE FEEL WE ARE BEING DISRESPECTED / IGNORED / PATRONISED / ABUSED/.  Believe me guys, we get more than our fair share of fucked up people throwing their mental health and crap at us and we will not tollerate it. Period. 


Clearly there are going to be moment when we simply forget, and it will happen.

Legally Binding Contract


By paying for a reservation you are entering into a legally binding contract between yourselves and Hamilton Hall and agree to our Terms & Conditions  and accept that Hamilton Hall, it's management and staff are not responsible for your health and well being. We have taken extra precautions against the Covid 19 virus and anyone could  be responsible for bringing it into the venue or into any of our lives - and Hamilton Hall is not responsible for this. We clean, We disinfect. We bleach. We do more than instructed and go way beyond our 'normal' cleaning to help keep us all healthy and safe. 

This Covid 19 Cancellation Policy is valid for booking taken after March 18th 2020  when we closed and all bookings taken prior to this date - the original Terms & Conditions still apply.  HERE
