Hate pastor demands the government line up all the “homos” & shoot them in the back of the head.

He accused people of taking his words out of context because, he said, he's not going to personally kill gay people.

(John Bellamy Adds: I have shared information on this homophobic rabid man before and all I can say is that anyone ranting and raving as much as he does against LGBT HAS GOT TO BE A CLOSET CASE HIMSELF. When Leviticus damns so much else which he clearly avoids and ignores and concentrates on the LGBT - which the Bible DOES NOT SAY MUCH ABOUT AT ALL - ACTUALLY - and how this man is inciting evil against others made by God IN HIS IMAGE - if you want to believe that clap trap, then this man is no better than a mass murderer and claiming to be doing God's work. Brother Duncan Urbanek — a New Independent Fundamental Baptist (New IFB) preacher at the Stedfast Baptist Church in Watauga, Texas — has said that the government should criminalize homosexuality and shoot all homosexuals in the back of the head.

In a recent sermon, Urbanek cited the infamous Bible verse of Leviticus, chapter 20, verse 13: “If a man also lies with mankind as he lies with a woman, both of them have committed abomination, they shall surely be put to dead their blood shall be upon them.”

“The Bible teaches that being a fa**ot is a crime,” ( The Bible doesn't say a single thing against ' faggots' as the word never existed and there is no Latin or Aramaic word - AT ALL in the Bible to describe gay men - PERIOD )

Urbanek says. “It’s a crime against society. Police should arrest them, criminals should be put in jail, to be charged with a crime, and they should go to court. Evidence should be used against them, and they should be convicted and guilty of death. If you’re going to follow the Bible’s prescription, the city, town would be throwing rocks at them until they die.”

“These homos are worthy of death, they should be charged in a lawful assembly, and the government should execute them. The government should line them up and shoot them in the back of their head.”

He also commented that pastors like him and his colleagues are often “taken out of context” for citing this Bible verse and are accused of personally wanting to kill gay people when, in fact, they’re just quoting the Bible and, “We want them all to die… We just want them dead.”

There is no Bible verse about using guns to shoot gay people.

This sort of rhetoric isn’t new for Urbanek and the pastors of the New Independent Fundamentalist Baptist (IFB) religious movement. Stedfast Baptist Church, one of the most vicious anti-LGBTQ+ hate groups in the nation, and its leaders have called for the execution of gay men and publicly celebrated tragedies that killed members of the LGBTQ+ community.

New IFB isn’t affiliated with any mainstream Baptist denomination, although both Baptist and New IFB teachings exhibit anti-LGBTQ+ bigotry, antisemitism, and misogyny. While Baptists merely condemn queer people to hell, New IFB goes a step further, calling for the execution of LGBTQ+ people.

The Old Testament, which contains Leviticus, contains 613 commandments known as Old Testament Law, ancient Biblical law, or Mosaic Law. These laws were created around 1393 to 1273 BC and were issued to regulate almost every aspect of Jewish life at a time when the Jewish people were still a group of ex-slaves struggling to survive in the desert.

Leviticus’ ancient Biblical laws also require the death penalty for anyone who practices fortune telling, curses their mother or father, accidentally kills someone else’s animal, or commits blasphemy. Other Old Testament laws demand death for anyone who charges interest on loans or works on Saturdays ( JB ADDS: As well as tons of other ' laws' this man chooses to completely ignore and just rant about the LGBT's... )

Of course, most contemporary Christians don’t follow these ancient Biblical laws. However, conservative Christians like New IFB pastors cite Leviticus 20:13 as proof that God shares their hatred of LGBTQ+ people.

( JB ADDS: And completely ignore all the other laws that DO apply to them equally as if you are going to follow some parts YOU MUST follow it all and not treat it as an ala carte menu where you can pick and choose what you want. THAT is the evil here )

In the past, Urbanek has said that men should toss their wives’ pants in a fire because it’s cross-dressing for women to wear pants and that, if the U.S. started executing gay people in public, then other countries would have a better opinion of the U.S. and see the country as a “wise nation.”

Last year, New IBF pastor Jonathan Shelley, also of Stedfast, said that six million Jewish people weren’t killed in the Holocaust, that he’d consider himself “lucky” if they were killed, and that he wants mass shooters to kill LGBTQ+ people in bars.

Freedom of Speech allows him to say such things but when it is so distorted from the truth, and when someone picks pieces from Biblical writings and ignores the mass of other writings - and only chooses and uses the parts that suit their belief structure and NOT a Christian belief at all but a ' lets use what suits us and disregard the rest' - attitude, this is the evil.

This is the mass murderer, this is the one calling for action and this call to mass murder should be taken seriously by the authorities and the man silenced - jailed - hunted down like any one preaching murder and damned and destroyed for his evil and anti Christtian - anti God and anti loving attitude.

This is not him preaching a religious belief, this is him preaching to get attention for himself, the star of the show, say anything that will get attention ( just as the Republicans are doing around drag queens ) and what next - who will they go for when all the drag has gone and the LGBT community are all dead - who next Brother Duncan Urbanek - how about we hunt down all those who use religious writings out of context and who twist and manipulate the truth to suit themselves ( again - Mr. Trump comes to mind - ) and how about all the bigots and homophobes, how about all political and religious leaders who lie and manipulate the truth - and how about all crooked murdering cops and - corrupt officials - murdering nuns and paedophile Priests and Mullahs - Rabi's - or anyone claiming to be doing God's work while really, just lining their own pocket financially and getting laid from anyone and everyone they can manipulate and frighten into submission.
