Just Stop Oil

I really do not care if you support this or not but I DO expect you to have some idea of WHAT we can do without using oil.

What irritates is that not one single oil protester has come up with any kind of thoughtful idea how we provide enough power for these people to switch their heating on, cook dinner or even just switch on a light - as with billions of people needing power, -

PLEASE - OFFER SOME IDEAS, SOME SUGGESTIONS AND KEEP THEM SENSIBLE AND NOT FANTASTICAL - as if you want to demand change, HAVE SOME IDEA WHAT CHANGE YOU WANT AND HOW IT CAN HAPPEN -

as those who just scream, sit in the street and block traffic and ambulances etc. and say someone else should come up with a new idea. is as stupid, as backward,. as moronic as they come, and you DO NOT COMPLAIN unless you can suggest alternatives, which as far as I can see, JUST STOP OIL HAS NOT DONE.

Years ago I argued with a lesbian as she was complaining that for the first time,. Pride was charging to get in and she complained loudly that ' THEY SHOULD COVER THE COSTS' - and when I barked and asked ' WHO ARE THEY ?' - she just kept on and on about ' HOW THEY SHOULD PAY ' so she could go for free, and eventually ONLY after MUCH pushing from me about who THEY were, she actually stated that the very people who gave up hundreds of hours of their time to arrange the entire event, the volunteers, should pay for it all. I was astounded and barked at her LOUDLY about how selfish, how ignorant, how misguided and how damned mean she was to expect a free day out and how she expected anyone and everyone else to pay BUT NOT HER - she expected everyone else to pay so she could go for free.

THAT SORT OF MENTALITY CLOSES EVENTS, STOPS GROWTH AND DENIES GOOD PEOPLE'S TIME AND VOLUNTARY EFFORTS AS WORTHLESS.

I barked loudly at her and read the riot act and pointed out that as a disabled women - she had a £3000 wheel chair on the state - a vehicle that had a lift in the back so she could come and go - again at the expense of the state - she lived rent free and lived on disability payments and then demanded EVERYTHING be for free, and she was told in no uncertain terms how wrong she was and she left with a flea in her ear and where others present were astounded at her entitled attitude expecting us to pay for her - a complete stranger, living of benefits and unwilling to pay towards a gay event.

Appalling misguided arrogance - er - ignorance.
