Please read this with an open mind and realise much of what you think you know - much of what you have been told concerning Marijuana / Cannabis / Dope / Grass / Avenue to Enlightenment / Spliff / Wacky Backy - call it what you like, is wong, as you have been force fed a pack of lies and deceiptful bullshit meant to keep you in fear of something that is actually very good for you - while allowing you to drink yourself to death with alcohol that is taxed.

Before 2737 BC, the first direct reference of using marijuana was found in China in the writings of the Chinese Emperor Shen Nung. The first use of cannabis product was used for psychoactive agents. Gradually its use spread from China to India, and then to North Africa, and reached Europe as early as AD 500. Marijuana was listed in United States Pharmacopeia from 1850 till 1942. It was prescribed for different medical uses such as labor pain, nausea, and rheumatism.


Here is the list of different medical benefits of cannabis:

How does marijuana/weed work as a medicine?

Marijuana, more appropriately known as cannabis, works with our body’s endocannabinoid system (ECS). This system keeps our other body systems in “balance,” a term known as homeostasis.

Our body produces natural chemicals called endocannabinoids which help keep us balanced. So, when there is a problem in this body system (such as not enough of those endocannabinoids being made by the body), it leads to illness and disease when these other body systems are not working properly. Cannabis contains plant-based cannabinoids (called phytocannabinoids) which can be used as a natural substitute for these missing endocannabinoids.

They work well to stimulate our receptors and are able to replace what is missing in our body. In fact, this more recently discovered body system was named after the very substance that led to its discovery— cannabis!

Do we know who the first people were to discover and/or cultivate cannabis?

The only thing that most seem to agree on is that cannabis originated from Central Asia, which would consist of present day Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan. There are also prehistoric archaeology finds that support the use of cannabis in ancient Africa and Eurasia. The earliest known document describing the psychoactive plant came from the legendary historian Herodotus, dated 440 B.C.


One of the most remarkable mummies in the world is the Ukok Princess,( RIGHT ) a woman who lived in Siberia at least five centuries BCE. She was discovered in 1993, buried alongside a bag of weed and adorned in ornate tattoos still preserved all over her body.

Are there any health benefits from Marijuana ?


Positive Effects of Cannabis:

Short term:

Naturally, the chemical / oil industry does not like Marijuana as it is a cheap alternative to their otherwise very expensive medications made using chemicals - which have seriuopus side affects - and tax is then paid on these medicines whereas if you gropw your own dope and rid yourself of varuous health problems, and / or easy pain and anxiety, the drug companies are not making billions profit, the tax man is not earning billions oin tax and we - the people - are fucked by the system. A free and decent universal plant that has scores of medical benefits IS BANNED - and they claim it is because you can get high on it - and if alcohol was to be liocensed today it would be ]classified as a drug and banned / made illegal / and have strict guidelines for its sale to the public. The double sytandards and the absolute lies and bullshit told to people about drugs is precisely that - bullshit when compared to alcohol which kills hundrteds of times more people a year than all the drugs put together.
