During the worlds first ever global virus where tens of thousands are dying.
During a time when governments are scramblinbg to offer the best they can and where they have absolutely no prior experience - so mistakes are bound to happen.
Where everyday people say they have more idea than the government but clearly they are just as blind to what is going on as anyone else.
Where we have a Prime Minister waffling along appalingly incoherant in all ways -
and where by now, the public know what is going on and how to protect themselves,
Yet numbers are rising faster than during the first wave and this during a time when people KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON yet clearly are doing very little to limit their contact with others and the numbers of infected is rising horrendoudly fast and where more vast areas are being put back into lockdown / quarantine, and yet where people in Tier 3 - so a complete lockdown
- ARE TRYING TO MAKE BOOKINGS WITH HOTELS OUTSIDE OF THEIR LOCKDOWN AREA AND SO BRING THE VIRUS WITH THEM AND HELP INFECT TIER 1 AND TIER 2 AREAS, AND THIS INSANITY NEEDS TO STOP.
If you are in lockdown, STOP TRYING TO BOOK HOTELS OUTSIDE OF YOUR AREA - AS THEN YOU ARE NO BETTER THAN A SUPERSPREADER - A POTENTIAL MURDERER - PUTTING OTHERS AT RISK AND ALL FOR WHAT - A FEW DAYS AWAY.
HOW SELFISH.
HOW THOUGHTLESS.
HOW ARROGANT.
Too many people crowded together outside schools at Home Time with
not a single mask. People shopping with no mask KNOWING the rules. People crammed into busy bars - as they have just GOT to have their social life and their drink and despite everything, they are willing to take the risk of infecting their loved ones, their kids, their parents, their friends and all for a fucking pint down the boozer.
I do not care what your views are on Covid 9 and whether you consider it Fake News - a Conspiracy Theory - or what - and as for all the periferal things like doing away with cash etc. all this is for discussion at another time for at the moment, numbers of infected is rising faster than before the first shut down and yet morons are still acting as if nothing is happening and no one is involved and so many more will die as numbers steeply climb and all because some selfish assholes cannot stay at home, wear a mask and change their lifestyle accordingly.
THIS IS NOT GOING TO GET BACK TO NORMAL FOR AT LEAST ANOTHER 6 MONTHS MIN. SO GET USE TO IT AND MAKE CHANGES AND STOP EXPECTING EVERYTHING TO MAGICALLY GET BACK TO ' NORMAL' WHEN ANYONE WITH ANY SENCE OF EDUCATION WILL KNOW THIS IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.
We are in this for the long hawl and before it gets much worse, WEAR A MASK, STOP GOING TO PACKED PLACES AND STAY YOUR DISTANCE.
