The reason Steven is that there will always be ' the one' who is insulted, and complains, so as in any business, you have to cover yourself . Our Terms and Conditions after 22 years is STILL being adapted after a brand new scam hits and I have to alter the T&C to protect myself. There really are so many out there who are determined to destroy out of resentment, jealousy and envy. Period. Sadly, it's the way it is these days where people choose to be offended.
