Dr. Navya Msyore, a primary care physician, mentions anal health as one of the most commonly discussed topics with her patients, because, unfortunately, most people don’t realize they’re cleaning their asses wrong.

If you are use to getting fisted, which is hugely done, you need to learn how to douch deeply - as in Colonic Irrigation, the thing Princess Diana apparantly did ocasionally.
This is very different to your average outer bowel douch, when you allow the water to go further but this is a doifferent subject, maybe for next month. As with any ass work MAKE SURE YOU ARE CLEAN - as it never stops amazing me how many want to have asswork and do not even think to clean themselves out and this moronic attitude just disgusts.
