Activist: "Those sheep are being exploited for wool."
Farmer: "They need shearing. They'll overheat otherwise."
Activist: "In nature they wouldn't need it."
Farmer: "In nature they'd be dead. These are domestic sheep."
Activist: "You bred them to need shearing."
Farmer: "Humans have been breeding them for 10,000 years. That's what domestic means."
Activist: "It's still exploitation."
Farmer: "They get relieved of 10 pounds of wool, we get wool. Seems fair."
Activist: "They can't consent."
Farmer: "They also can't shear themselves."
Activist: "You should let them be natural."
Farmer: "Natural sheep died out 8,000 years ago."
Activist: "Exactly. Because of farming."
Farmer: "No, because we domesticated them and they became these sheep."
Activist: "Just let them keep their wool."
Farmer: "And watch them die in summer?"

I was at a drive in take away for food where someone brings the order to your car.
I waited patiently.
A young women came up with my order and I said' Thankyou Miss.'
I am 78 years of age and this was the correct and polite way to speak to a young waitress - as far as I am concerned .
She glared at me, took back the food and screamed at me
'You have misgendered me and I won't give you your food until you apologise.'
I was absolutely shocked and WAS NOT about to apologise and said
'I have paid for my food and if you refuse to give me what I have paid for, then you are stealing.'
She kept screaming at me that I had misgendered her by calling her Miss. ( She was about 19 and dressed as a waitress, hair as a woman and she spoke, walked and acted - like a women, so - I guessed she was a women.
I said, 'So what is your pronoun then ?'
She screamed again
'You should have asked ' - and this is where she made a massive mistake. She called me sir.
I barked back
' Now you misgender me, as who said I was a sir ?'
Ohhhhh she absolutely lost the plot - screaming and holloring and going on and on about how she was a Miss and that I was correct but how dare I assume anything. My food, which was still in a bag in her hands, was being flung all over th place as she erupted in petulant anger.
I answered that I was correct then, and all this was for no reason at all as she WAS a Miss - and that I had assumed she was here to serve the customers and dressed as a female and acting like a female and - I was correct - she was a female - so what was her problem - and by now World War 3 erupted.
I asked if she was going to give me my food or was she going to stand there and keep ranting like a lunatic ?
By now her line manager had heard her screaming and ranting, stamping her feet and throwing a right strop, as she was 'on a mike' and he - indoors - had heard it all, and came out and fired her on the spot.
She was, for the first time, silent as her mouth opened and closed and he even said
' Close your mouth dear, you are a Miss, not a goldfish.'-
which made me laugh - loudly - and she went off again about how she had been misgendered and how dare the manager embarrass her in front of customers - and that's when he pointed out - 'Your actions in front of a customer is disgraceful ' - and turning to me he said ' My apologies sir, I will re do your order so it is fresh and refund the cost.'
He told her to get indoors, collect her things and leave , immediately, or he would call the cops and have her escorted from the premesis.
He came out a few minutes later with my food re cooked and again apologised and he did say it was very difficult employing these ' kids' - as he called them, as they all have such bad attitudes and he saw absolutely nothing wrong with what I had said and that she obviously had a few problems to sort out and - again apologised.
I thanked him and said I didn't want to get her fired but how she is surely in need of some serious therapy, and he just grinned and I left.

These women need to try working on an oil rig, hanging a TV on the wall, repair the car, go down a mine every day, :- 95% of police are men: - 75% doctors are men: - most TV chefs - men: - Truck drivers - men:- Cab drivers - men:- Electricians / Pumbers / Carpenters / Builders - men. Clothes designers - mostly all men:- Even hairdressers - VAST majority - men. Politicians - mostly men.
Who built the first computer / web site / you guessed it - MEN. Who invented the steam engine, motor car, television, telephone - electricity - ship building - MEN MEN MEN MEN MEN.
So men can cook and sow and do everything a women can do, but a women in return, CANNOT do everything a man can do and other than having babies, women are NOT equal to men.
The truth, we need each other and we each have our roles in the bigger scheme of things and women stopped respecting men and men have had it with the attitude that we are superflous to requirements when - quite obviously, men - rightly or wrongly - rule the world. We need more women in all walks of life but do not claim you do not need us as - we are quite capable of dumping you and having a much easier time of it.

"Mommy, every night I hear you and daddy making noises and when I look in your bedroom you're bouncing up and down on him." His mom is taken by surprise and says,
"Oh.. well.. ah.. well, I'm bouncing on his stomach because he's fat and that makes him thin again." And the boy says, "Well, that won't work!" His mom says, "Why?"
And the boy replies, "Because the lady next door comes by after you leave each day and blows him back up."

You make, and take, from the news that which you wish to see and hear. You observe what you want and comment of things that affect you personally. If you don't like something, do not read it and move on but do not shy away from what IS going on in the world of which - you are a part. World news is so easy to find these days and differing opinions not hard to find. Having an opinion is vital and being a ' don't care' person helps no one. So open your mind - open your heart - open your awareness and ALWAYS be open to new positive ideas. JB.
