If you can suggest a weekend event - let us know - but please keep it sensible and legal.

If you wish to bring a party of 8 total, we will offer a special discount and book the entire venue out for you.
You can also rent the whole venue for your own event.  Ask for details.

 

SPECIAL EVENTS - Terms & Conditions

are different to our 'Pre Corona' T&C.

Better and easier for you to cancel at short notice with less penalties.

Date change by you or us - is free.

2nd date change on the same reservation, by you, a £25 charge.

Cancellation - This does not apply to B&B reservations. Just Special Events.

7 days or more notice of cancellation - 25% is retained and the remainder credited to your credit / charge card. 

Less than 7 days - no refund.

If we cancel an event - an alternative date will be offered  / or  a full refund will be offered.
If we are forced to close by the government due to a pandemic - a Free Date Change will be offered and if we are not offering the same event as you have planned - a 50% refund will be offered and /or a date for another different event.
If you send us multiple e mails ( more than 3 in total ) to make or change or alter a booking, we may charge £15 each e mail as sending multiple e mails to make a simple booking  is to be charged.

MAKE IT SIMPLE AND EASY. 

Sensible Social Distancing will be in place and hygienic sprays etc.  and if anyone does not apply to these guidelines of distance etc. they will be asked  to change their ways and if this is not forthcoming,  they may be told to leave and no refund will be offered and an extra charge may be applied to their credit card to cover extra cleaning and sterilizing to protect us and others.  If you mess around, you will be charged and thrown out.

This is a global pandemic and if you have not got the seriuousness of this as yet, then we are not here to educate you. 

 

If you take advantage or abuse, we will be down like a ton of hot bricks. BE WARNED.
