ALL FOODS WILL CONTAIN ONE OF THE ABOVE and as we are not food scientists and as very few chefs / cooks or even Dinner Ladies have training in these newly informed allegens, and where my own local Health Inspector admitted he did not know what Lupins were on this list ( the Lupin flower in Europe is often used to make flour out of - unheard of in the UK though ) we will do what we can to assist but the onus really does have to be on the person with the allergic reaction to be aware - be careful - be alert.
