Are you mentally strong or a cry baby ?

Here is a list of things that mentally strong people do. I studied it at length to figure out if I was mentally strong - or not - and was quite pleased with the result.

Sadly in life there are too many people who constantly say ' poor me' - and portray themselves as the victim - or at least, they see themselves - and allow themselves, to be the victim and while some enjoy playing the victim with tons of 'why me' all the time, there are also those of us who pick ourselves up after a fall and say ' why not me ' and we learn from the fall and move on.

Then there are those who hate change. Never willing to accept the world moves on and people and things change and like watching your favourite TV programme like ' FRIENDS' - it comes to an end and some are left bereft and lost as this is like a drug to them, got to have their daily / weekly fix and when it ends, like coming to an end of a binge worthy 100 part series watched on DVD - it is easy to feel a sense of loss, or 'what now.'

Some people are never happy. Everything is a moan, a complaint, and finding fault all the time, and this is so boring for others and such a downer that all too often, these people seem to find solace with other ' downers' and find a place of safety amongst those of a like mind, but is not a healthy place to reside.

Then there are those who resent anyone who has something - does something - is something they are envious - jealous of, and will try and destroy out of resentment. Sad for them when this is all of their own making.

If you don't make mistakes then you will never learn. Taking a fall and picking yourself back up again is the only way forward and asking others for help is a sign of being human.
