Have a read of the e mail below I was sent by a Utility Company I am fighting with - who claim that they have made things easier for me - the customer, to take control of my account and this will enable me to be in charge - AND WHAT A LOAD OF BOLLOCKS. Claiming they are making life easier for me by giving me control over my account is just them saying they want to employ a lot less staff, cut back on money spent by 'claiming' to be making life easier for me when all it does is save them time and effort and puts the extra stress and workload onto my shoulders. So what the fuck am I paying them for.
