US ‘has no right’ to take over Greenland, Danish PM says after renewed Trump threats
Denmark’s prime minister has urged Donald Trump to stop threatening to take over Greenland after the president said the US “absolutely” needs the territory.

Mickey Rourke launches fundraiser to pay $60,000 in rent after threat of eviction

Trial for officer accused of failing to protect kids during shooting

A former Uvalde schools officer, Adrian Gonzales, is due to stand trial on Monday, facing 29 counts of child abandonment or endangerment. He was among the first police officers to respond to the 2022 school shooting in Uvalde, Texas, where authorities notoriously delayed confronting the gunman for over an hour.
This is a good sign. When the police mess up and people are killed because of their innaction, they MUST be held accountable. Hillsborough is an example of the police messing up and getting away wth it as it took decades for an enquiry and all responsible were either retired or long dead and no one paid for ths - no one took responsibility and the poor families were left in limbo for decades. People who have lost loved ones are then abused for decades by the very system that DOES NOT offer help and support - it just drags it out creating more harm and abuse for the families.
