Live long and prosper.

We may be living in 'interesting but difficult' times and where our governments seem hell bent on working AGAINST the people and not FOR the people, and where most politicians seem hell bent on playing the political game to their own advantage and not for the betterment of the people or the country, despite their claims. There will always be the sunshine, and the flowers and the beauty to admire each and every day and it all depends on what you concentrate on. The doom and gloom - or the beauty and the light.
Of course, to walk the middle ground of both worlds means learning to appreciate all that is happening, and even get angry and join a march or write in protest, but don't let it hog your every waking moment. Never forget to breath and appreciate being alive and healthy as compared to millions of other people, we have it damned good, irrespective of the hardships we all face. It is nothing compared to many. Be thankful and never forget to say just that to the universe - 'THANK YOU.'

Let this sink in.
The UK's political party, Labour, BLOCKED AN INQUIRY INTO ILLEGAL RAPE GANGS and these rapers get away with it while a man calling a police horse ' gay ' gets prison. Makes absolutely no sense at all. We - the people of the UK - are being offered a two tier system of law and order. One for the migrants and another for us. They get away with raping a child and we get jailed for praying in the streets, even though hoards of Muslims block traffic to pray in the street and nothing - NOTHING - is done.
Think about that for a few minutes.

Study after study shows same-sex couples raise happy & healthy kids.
The kids are alright, and we have lots of scientific research to back it up.

Fox host gets Trump aide to admit he can't name single country with trade deal.
President Donald Trump declared April 2, “Liberation Day” and launched a series of erratic, wildly fluctuating, country-specific tariffs, citing a “national emergency” over the U.S. trade deficit—a trend that has persisted since 1975.
He has also vowed to make 90 deals in 90 days, something experts say is an impossibility, given that trade negotiations often take months if not years to complete. The deadline is fast approaching: July 9, he has said.
