Peter Mandelson's property portfolio — from Camden to Wiltshire

Story by Emma Magnus

Peter Mandelson is at the centre of a public scandal, following revelations of his ties with the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Mandelson was sacked as US ambassador last year, after messages revealed a close relationship with Epstein. He was forced to step down from the House of Lords and resign from the Labour party earlier this month, after a series of incriminating appearances in the latest release of the Epstein Files.

Three men protesting against the rape of a young white British girl have been jailed for doing so for speaking out to protect her and other girls in Epping , however the illegal foreigner who raped the girl got less time and also he’s here illegally ? Make this make sense??

What the hell is going on in the UK if and when this kind of double standards apply to decent people against illegal foreign rapists. This is madness. Absolute insanity.

Andrew just found out how ordinary his new life is - he's going to hate every minute

Story by Chris Riches

Having three servants to do our chores would be a dream for most of us but for Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, dropping to three from almost 30 is a nightmare. Now it means the one-time prince may have to get up from his armchair to open the front door himself, when an Amazon or Waitrose delivery arrives - and top up the toilet rolls when stocks run low.

When he lived at 31-room Royal Lodge in Windsor, Andrew boasted a reported 28 staff including four chefs, three valets and two butlers - with five house managers as well as gardeners and housekeepers. He even had 12 staff in his communications office - I bet they were busy over the last few years.

But last Monday his two decades living the actual life of a prince at Royal Lodge ended in a whimper when Andrew left in the dead of night for Sandringham, followed by a fleet of removal vans.

Alexander Willis

President Donald Trump was widely ridiculed Sunday after targeting American Olympic skier Hunter Hess in a blistering attack, an attack labeled by some critics as “genuinely embarrassing.”

Hess, a 27-year-old Oregon native, was asked in Italy on Friday about what it meant to represent the United States in this year’s Winter Olympics, to which he said it was “a little hard,” and that he wasn’t the “biggest fan” of "everything that’s going on in the U.S.,” Reuters reported. Trump had apparently seen Hess’s remarks by Sunday, and attacked him as a “real loser” that was “hard to root for.”

Is Phil Collins dying? Music legend unveils battle with kidney failure and 'converging' illness

by Jaja Agpalo

the internet has an ugly habit of turning illness into a parlour game. A rumour ricochets, a headline sharpens, and suddenly a living person is being spoken about as if they're already gone.

Phil Collins is not dead, and there is no credible reporting that he is 'dying' in the way that word is being thrown around online. What is true—because Collins has said it himself, in recent interviews—is that he has been dealing with serious, compounding health problems, and that he now has a 24-hour live-in nurse to help manage his medication. That's not a 'final curtain' line for dramatic effect; it's the reality of a 75-year-old who has lived hard, worked harder, and is now paying the bill in slow instalments.

They went out to dance and feel safe. They ended the night shivering outside a police station, humiliated, terrified, and alone. More than 100 people were detained on 27 December for hours, after police raided a queer-friendly nightclub in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Police held people overnight in freezing weather without jackets, water, toilets, or phone calls to loved ones. Phones were searched. Private photos were taken. Some were beaten. Others were mocked while begging for basic needs.

This was not about public safety. It was abuse of power and a violation of the most basic human rights – dignity, safety, and equal protection under the law. When police are allowed to treat people this way, the rule of law breaks down for everyone.

Silence is what allows abuse to continue. Your signature helps force accountability.
