Okay, Thanks for your question but you could find this out for yourself by just Googling it. There was no war that the US was involved in in 1979. That was the Iranian revolution and we had no part in it. Carter wasn't incompetent, Reagan made a deal so that nothing got done so he could win the 1980 election.
Trump did start a war. This was entirely a war of choice. Premotive military action should be completely illegal and result in the immediate removal of the administration, not just the President. This is an illegal war, a bit like Blairs illegal war...

Here in the United States we believe - we are told - the the United States has protected Europe for decades, and now when America tells Europe to assist in Israel's war against Iran, many Europeans refuse. Also, why does Europe and the UK copy the USA so much in what they name their cities after ours. What do you think of that ? Jake - (Florida ) ?
In what world does the US get to order the military of free countries to do anything ? This type of attitude is why Trump keeps getting told to go fuck himself and why so many will not work with the USA.
I think it is high time that draft dodging coward was put in his place. Europe protects itself, it allows the U.S. to have bases there, but that is just a courtesy so that soft Americans can sleep at night. You need to learn, you are not exceptional, you just have out of control egos.
What astounds me is the level of utter and complete ignorance of the truth from so many Americans who have been brain washed to believe that the USA rules the world, and that no one else, not a single country, is capable of doing anything without the help of the USA. It's comical really.
Can I remind the USA that we were here centuries - in fact - a millenia BEFORE the USA and the UK had a global commonwealth and all while the USA was still running around in daipers. The Pilgrims traditionally landed at Plymouth Rock on December 21, 1620 - and I lived in a house here in the UK that was over that in age, so while the USA was taking its first baby steps, the UK was ruling the world - and in case you didn't know, Plymouth is in ENGLAND and you even stole that name.
