For some time it has been possible to fuck bareback without using a condom - if the HIV positive person is showing as Un Detectable.
Joy of Joys - No condoms while fucking - HOORAY.

It feels so much nicer for both parties and brings back the joy of fucking again.
BUT:-
Besides the usual STI ( Sexually Transmitted Infections ) that have always been available - one of the worst things you can catch that can lead to EXTREME pain and hospitalization and weeks on antibiotics - is to catch a URINARY TRACT INFECTION - ( UTI )
Usually associated with women who wipe their ass the wrong way and accidentally transfer fecal matter into their vagina and this travells into the bladder and is very serious;- men can also catch a UTI by barebacking and it can lead to a very ill period.
After sex - PISS FOR ENGLAND and COMPLETELY empty your bladder . This helps.
Certain foods and beverages might irritate your bladder including:
Coffee, tea and carbnated drinksd - even wthout caffeine. Alcohol Certain acidic fruits, oranges, grapefruit, lemons, and limes and most fruits.
Spicy Foods
Tomato based products
Chocolate

Is a UTI in men serious ? Men have longer urethas so they have more protection against urinary infections. BUT - when men do get an UTI, IT SHOULD BE TAKEN VERY SERIOUSLY. In men, there is often an underlying cause to the infection beyond just the length of the ureath.
It is usually treated with antibiotics. If the infection causes high fever and chills, full body severe aches and pain and vomiting, or you have a kidney infection, then a stay in hospital may be warranted - as I was last year for 2 weeks and then 6 weeks of Home Nursing every day.
You may also need a cathater.
If your UTI goes untreated it can lead to more serious complaints like kidney or prostate infection, and these infections are serious as they can travel through the blood stream and cause sepsis, which makes you really ill and can be lethal. This is what mine led to.
Signs of Sepsis through UTI ?

If you experience any of the following symptoms of urosepsis, go to the hospital immediately.
Fever Pain in the lower back, where your kidneys are.
Nausea and vomiting.
Extreme tiredness.
Inability to think clearly.
Decreased urine output.
Difficulty breathing.
Abnormal heart function.
I hadall these a.
Now;- 3 -4 years ago when I had my first attack of a UTI I saw 5 different doctors at my local surgery, all gave me antibiotics that got rid of it for a week and then each time, it came back worse. By the end of 8 months of having ALL the symptons listed above, I collapsed in A&E and only then did they give me a decent antibiotic that actually worked- and as I had lost 2 stone in weight - 28lb - 13kg - it took me many months to regain the weight and feel ' on form again' - BUT; It came back 2 years later and this time I was hospitalised as it is - as it states above - VERY SERIOUS.
Below are two pictures of me. The first was when I first had the UTI and lost all the weight, and then the second picture is two months after I recovered and was well again.

In older men with Prostate trouble, your ureatha can be completely blocked if your Prostate swells up ( commmon in older men ) and this can stop your abilty to urinate and this - is bloody painful... more than you can ever imagine. You welcome that Cathater willingly.
So if you are going to fuck bareback or stick things down your dick - always pee after and empty the bladder and always be aware. I lost the complete summer of 2022 - exhausted with fever and chills, brain in neutral and I just laid on my bed all day exhausted all the time. The second time when I was hospitalized, at least I had the catheter and was being treated correctly, it just took a long time, about 10 weeks in all and then some time in recovery regaining my strength and the hospital period was a perfect time to read the 980 page Barbra Streisand Autobiography. So some good came out of it then,,,,
Drink lots of water. Unsweetened Cranberry Juice. Don't ' Hold it' - pee as often as you can. Try taking Probiotics. Eat Garlic.
Add Vitanin C to your diet.
Avoid the foods listed above that irritate the bladder.
KEEP WELL GUYS - STAY HEALTHY AND IF IN DOUBT - SEE YOUR GP.
