In a world that seems to be going absolutely insane and flushing itself down the toilet, and where many are suffering depression and other negative aspects of every day life with war looming, food stocks dwindling, Trump illegally attacking Iran and destroying the global economy;- and a British Prime Minister - Keir Starmer constantly looking like a rabbit in the headlights, ( he looks scared to death and completely intimidated and out of his deth - like - ALL THE TIME ) and with an explosion of illegal migrants filling our towns and causing general mayhem with rapes of our girls, beatings, demanding we stop eating pork and demanding we turn into a sharia legal system, is it no wonder many are suffering from the negative fall out of all this and feeling mentally low.

The so-called dark triad of Machiavellianism, narcissism and sociopathy have attracted intense scrutiny. People high in these darker traits tend to be manipulative, self-centred and lacking in empathy.
Between our doomscrolling habit and our natural negativity bias, we start to doubt the goodness of human beings.
