Recently, Trump said that the 145% tariff is too high, and he will "substantially reduce" the high import tariffs on Chinese goods. Does he really want to ease relations with China? Or is this just his "delaying tactic"?

World leaders are sick to death of this idiot. He had a meeting with NATO Secretary Mark Rutte, and spent the entire time going off on how he wanted to take over Canada and Greenland, and wants NATO’s help to do it. Rutte just looked at him like the deluded child he is, humored him, and left without bothering to have an intelligent discussion.

The leaders of Japan and China have met him and went away shaking their heads at his childishly idiotic demands. No one takes him seriously, and they all know he is not worth talking to, because he breaks signed contracts at will, and has no regard for ethics or laws. and has no clue what he is blathering on about all the time. He thinks his donkey braying scares them. Lol. China is going to roll him and the country he has turned into a third world shithole and ruined its economy into the ground. They don’t want his trade or his dollar.

Is Europe slowly abandoning the US, the rationale being, "Yes, there are many intelligent Americans, but the majority of them are stupid. If they installed Trump, will they install another Trump down the line?" And is this a final situation?

I would say the answer is yes: Europe (and other close partners such as Canada, Australia, Japan…) is indeed drifting away from the US, but the rationale is not about intelligence or stupidity.

The actual rationale is that the US can no longer be trusted as a consistent, reliable partner and ally.

Trump has :

Reneged on numerous treaties and agreements signed by the US (Paris Agreement, TPP, ATT, UNESCO, UNHRC, WHO, among others).
Questioned the US commitment to core security obligations (including NATO’s Article 5).
Floated ideas about annexing Canada, invading Greenland, or seizing the Panama Canal, which is revealing of the disrespect the current administration has for allies and partners.
Shifted position on support for Ukraine so many times that trust is undermined.
Publicly bullied President Zelensky during a press conference in the Oval Office.
Attempted to extort minerals from Ukraine (a strategic partner)
Launched tariff wars against nearly every major partner (with the notable exception of Russia).
Sent envoys such as J.D. Vance to lecture the EU on “free speech.”
Tolerated or encouraged US figures (e.g. Musk) openly supporting far-right parties in Europe.
Expanded ICE powers to detain or deport foreign visitors without due process.

… and the list goes on.
What is truly disturbing is that the US, once seen as the beacon of democracy, now appears to erode the rule of law, the hierarchy of norms and the very idea of reliable international commitments, without a properly functioning system of checks and balances. Even more troubling is that a large segment of the US electorate views “wokeness” and the so-called “culture war” as greater threats than authoritarian drift.

So yes, from a European perspective, the US is no longer a reliable ally. Trust has been broken and it will take decades to repair.

If I were a betting man, I would put my money on Trumps death within a year. Possibly even before the year 2025 ends, if things don’t go his way and stress keeps piling up. A massive heart attack, most likely. Trump is a heart attack waiting to happen; his arteries are collapsing, judging by the bruises on his hands that usually come from attemting to find a vein to take bloods from, and he is morbidly obese. All the makeup and bronzer in the world can’t hide the decay festering underneath.
