Why do China, France, Britain, and Germany refuse Donald Trump's demand to send ships to police the Strait of Hormuz?

Because Trump put the following conditions on any country that sends ships:
The ships will follow Trump’s orders. ( WTF ??? )
How the ships will be used by Trump is a need to know basis and countries providing ships don’t need to know.
Trump’s strategy in ending the war is classified and only in a need to know basis. Nobody outside needs to know. ( WTF ??? )
Trump reserves the right for additional ships including military ground personnel and equipment to use as he sees deemed fit in the future.
Trump will use other countries military for his war so he can pull the U.S. forces out. Then sacrifice them and blame them for failing because they didn’t try hard enough. After all the U.S. and Israel already disarmed Iran and it’s just small cleanup that needed to be done.
Trump is trying to save his hide and how history will remember this event. He needs other countries to provide him with body bags so he can show they failed and not him. Trump is a coward and can never - ever - take responsibility for getting it wrong. He's a child. An immature cry baby bully and millions - billions - see him for exactly what he is.

So let me get this straight.
Trump needs help. He has fucked up and now Iran holds the worlds most important shipping lane, under their control.

And why would they - to be thrown under the bus if and when things go wrong, as they will go wrong a Trump hasn't a clue what he is doing or where to go next to show how big his manhood penis is - or his masciline bully boy dominance when everywhere he goes , he chickens out ... TACO TRUMP - 'TRUMP ALWAYS CHICKENS OUT.'
