I'm furious



I try and stay calm - I try and live a peaceful life - I know I am a mad thing and like everyone else, I am a work in progress, and just when you feel everything is good and calm and it's been an age since you ' lost it ' last and you have really been pleased with how you have turned some negatives around, and then a company you pay towards - British Telecom - offers absolute incompetence and an intolerable service offered, and where you waste hours and hours on hold and being pushed from one staff member to the next and you - each time - have to start all the way at the beginning again - and then they want to send a 4 digit code to your phone and waste more time and yet STILL not able to offer anything constructive so pass you over to yet someone else - EXASPERATED BY THIS POINT - and you start all over again - IT MAKES MY FUCKING BLOOD BOIL.


And I am paying for this crappy service.


I am truly so pissed off today I could take a baseball bat and hit the Chairman of British Telecom


right round the fucking head ( metaphorically speaking ) and see if there is anything - even if just echoing empty space - inside the head of the head of an organisation so inept, so incompetent and so damned annoying in how their staff patronise and are fucking useless at the jobs and the only people whose time has been wasted - today alone over 3 hours - in trying to get them to do their damned jobs properly and inform the customer if and when things go wrong and why and not leave us with a phone that is blocked in making outgoing calls, even to the fucking operator, and I am not told the reason and it takes days and hours to get an answer - and this has been going on for more than 6 weeks.


I am repeatedly told my account is closed.

I am repeatedly told I am on the wrong system - Business not Residential - no - that's Residential not Business - er no - it's - oh for fuck sake make your fucking mind up, am I Business or Residential and if Residential, who at BT changed me from a Business customer to a residential customer and why is this now causing such a problem and why has my account been closed.


For 6 weeks I have not been able to make outgoing calls, even to 100 - even to 999 - as BT claims I owe them money after THEY changed my billing system from monthly to 6 monthly and I am sent this massive bill that not a fucking soul at BT seems able to explain.


TAKE A DEEP IN BREATH - HOLD IT - LET IT OUT SLOWLY.

AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH !!!!!!!!!!!


WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON WITH BRITISH TELECOM.



So soon I shall be seriously looking at changing companies and have only stuck with BT for the last 35 years because the hassle of changing - AND YOU KNOW THEY WILL FUCK IT UP IF AND WHEN I DO LEAVE - but enough is definitely enough and





I REFUSE TO BE ABUSED BY BRITISH FUCKING TELECOM ANY LONGER.
