The recent advice to UK households to stockpile tinned food and other essential supplies is not about preparing for war in the traditional sense, but rather about being prepared for potential disruptions to infrastructure and supply chains, including those that could affect energy and food distribution. This includes the possibility of a "grey zone attack," which could involve a variety of actions aimed at disrupting the UK's normal functions.
Don't panic and rush out and buy toilet rolls....
This is also a deliberate ploy to keep the people in a state of fear - and in a state of fear, people are controllable - so I always suggest to BE AWARE - MAKE PREPERATIONS - BUT DO NOT GET BOGGED DOWN AND DEPRESSED AND MANIC ABOUT IT - as it probably will never happen, but at least you are stocked up in case. LIGHTEN UP and smell the flowers and the beautiful day.
le to do as the
Lockdown was a prime example of people NOT being prepared whereas those PREPPERS amongst us ( google it ) had stockpiled supplies and were ready. I was - here at Hamilton Hall - as a prepper I had everything I could possibly need and more besides in readiness for ' something ' - as I knew something was coming, I just wasn't aware what.

BE PREPARED
Tinned stews and soups. Baked beans. Dried milk. Tinned fruit and veg. Tinned puddings and basically anything tinned. Jars of sauces - like curry sauce etc. Dried pasta and spaghetti, noodles and rice -always easy to store. Peanut butter. Packets of half cooked bread rolls. Fill the freezer with meats, chicken and bread. Candles and batteries, torches and any means for heating, like blankets etc.
AND KNOW WHERE THEY ARE.
You had a preview with lockdown. No excuse for being caught short again if something happens, if the supply chain is interupted or if worse case senario, there is another war.
How about stocking up your FIRST AID KIT with added things you may need besides plasters for a cut pinkie.
Keep your car, campervan, filled with petrol at all times and ready to move if need be in a hurry.
Doom and gloom maybe, but do not be complacent and think ' It'll never happen to me' - as it happened to millions of Jews and others since that war who have - at a moments notice, had to flee with nothing.
Here's a breakdown of why this advice is being given:
Infrastructure and supply chain vulnerabilities:
The UK is being urged to prepare for potential disruptions to its infrastructure and supply chains, which could affect energy, food, and other essential services.
"Grey zone attack" possibility:
Tobias Ellwood, former Defence Minister and MP, has called for the UK to be prepared for a "grey zone attack," which could involve a variety of actions aimed at disrupting the UK's normal functions.
Emergency preparedness:
The advice is part of a broader push for emergency preparedness, encouraging households to have a supply kit ready in case of a crisis or emergency.
European Union's lead:
The EU has also been advising its citizens to stockpile supplies, including food and essential items, to ensure they can cope for at least 72 hours in case of a crisis.
While the advice is intended to increase resilience in the face of potential disruptions, it's important to note that it is not necessarily a sign of impending war. Instead, it's a proactive measure to ensure that households can cope with unforeseen circumstances and maintain essential supplies during periods of uncertainty.

There is a fantasy that many have of sex with a man in uniform, and I don't mean dressed as a Girl Guide.
A man in uniform offers strength and power, to be in control. Check out the few I have found for you below.

An old gentleman friend who has been long dead told me stories of serving in the war and how much fun he had had with other young recruits like himself. It started as light horse play in the communal showers - where guys got erections and were teased by others - especially if you had a larger dick than the others, which my friend apparantly had. That was the start of a reguar wank with several other soldiers although somewhat secretly and private as they could / would be thrown out of the army. Redundant when you think even a gay man can shoot at the enemy, fly a plane, drive a tank, take up arms and shoot and kill just like any other man. But it appears some soldiers are more scared of a gay man than they are a tank coming towards them. It is not the gay man they are afraid iof, it is whether they might just enjoy sex with another man that more worries and scares them. My friend always said it was the best time of his life.

I was in the Marines back in the 1960's. Training was brutal. It was something I always felt born to be. I excelled. I was also secretly homosexual and kept my head down for fear of being thrown out. It was very hard at times because a lot of marines are the most stunning, built men you have ever seen and from all the regular trainings, good God these men were built, and I was one of them. We appreciated each others bodies and showed off to one another as not one wife tucked away, apprecaited the muscle the way these men did. Not gay, but somewhat homo erotic. We shared circle wanks around pictures of big titted women ( no real porn back then ) and shared stories of fucking their girlfriends etc. and I just changed the sex from a man to a women and got away with it. I met up with a load of the lads decades later and Oh My God had they changed - fat and unfit, and I would rather keep my memories of when they were in their prime.
