'Woke' demands from LGBT+ group sees schools urged to stop saying 'boys and girls'

More than 300 schools are signed up to a scheme telling them to stop calling pupils boys and girls.

Primary schools, secondary schools and nurseries teaching children as young as two receive awards from the LGBT+ charity Stonewall if they “remove any unnecessarily gendered language” from the classroom.

The charity requests schools to use "they" instead of he or she and "children" or "young people" instead of boys and girls.

There is also guidance promoting the instillation of gender-neutral toilets and making both boys and girls wear the same uniforms.

Stonewall’s new annual report reveals that at least 300 schools in England are still signed up to its "champions scheme".

The charity has defended the scheme saying that young LGBT+ people should grow up in a environment where they feel "safe and supported".

However, it has been criticised by Conservative MPs, who called for a blacklist of organisations like Stonewall.

Conservative MP Nick Fletcher, who sits on the Commons education select committee, told the Mail On Sunday: "The Education Act is clear that partisan and ideological material should not be promoted in our schools.

He added: "Surely Stonewall continually promoting the unscientific and highly contentious idea of ‘gender identity’ is exactly this.

"Is it time for the government to draw up a blacklist of organisations that ignore these Education Act provisions and who therefore should not be used by our schools?"

A guide from 2022 for schools wanting to secure an award gives an example of how a PE teacher could become more inclusive.

This could be, it suggests, by saying "boys, girls and non-binary students, pick your team now" or use gender neutral language such as "students, pick your team now".

A spokesman for Stonewall said: “LGBTQ+ children still face high levels of bullying and significant barriers in education so it is only right for schools to create an environment where they can grow up supported and safe to learn.”

(JB - And they obviously think this is the way forward when in my eyes, IT IS NOT.)

A spokesperson from the Department for Education said: "We withdrew from Stonewall’s Diversity Champions programme in 2022 and have not funded any programmes related to diversity and inclusion schemes since to ensure value for money to the taxpayer."

In December, new guidance said teachers and fellow kids should not face sanctions if they use a child’s wrong pronouns, unless they are doing so in a bullying manner.

The guidance said that toilets and changing rooms are expected to remain as single-sex spaces.

I AM APPALLED AT THIS ACTION PROMOTED BY STONEWALL.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED.

IT IS NOT DONE IN MY NAME OR ANYONE I KNOW OR HAVE SPOKEN TO IN THE GAY WORLD I LIVE IN.

I am really appalled that they can claim to be doing it to protect LGBT children when all this does is isolate and put barriers up, it gives an opportunity for division and taunting ( as we all know how cruel children can be ) and are we to take down signs like AVONBOURNE SCHOOL FOR GIRLS - or BEAUFORT SCHOOL FOR BOYS. and how about Roedean School which is one of the most famous all girls schools in the country - are they going to be made to take boys ( sorry - er - cannot call them male - er - or men - er - students with a penis - er no that won't do - Oh God this is complicated. )

It's a bloody joke.

This is an appalling move forward by Stonewall and like so many gay organisations demanding change, they get in their own way, they cause more trouble than they do help, and this is a typical occasion when the LGBT charity has shot itself in the foot and even gay people like myself are appalled.

Boys and Girls is correct.

NO CHILD SHOULD BE ASKED TO CHOSE A PRONOUN WHEN THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT A PRONOUN IS - OR A WANK - OR A BLOW JOB - OR WHAT SEX IS ALL ABOUT - yet they seem to assume a child is mature enough to understand that they are some other sex than boy and girl when that is not true. THERE IS ONLY MALE AND FEMALE - PERIOD.

What you choose later on to be is up to you - gay, bi, trans - whatever - and I agree it is not actually a choice - it is biological - natural - but IT IS a choice to demand the use of a pronoun to announce to the world 'HEY LOOK AT ME - I AM DIFFERENT' - or you can just shut the fuck up and get on with your life and not feel the need to scream your sexual preference from the roof tops or get people fired for mis gendering you. All that is attention seeking and usually from a place of mental health and where individuals are all about - ME ME ME .

This current madness for pronouns just divides and separates. It DOES NOT make for community. It does not make for safety. It DOES make for separation and isolation and those who will oppose and harm out of fear as if you want to take part in women's sport - yet have a full cock and balls- a beard and hairy chest and want to be called Sara-Anne and recognised as ' a lady ' when CLEARLY YOU ARE NOT - then this madness makes a mockery out of women's sport - a mockery out of the various sexual identities and a farce - a complete farce, when Stonewall sets these parameter's IN SCHOOLS and I find this disturbing, disgraceful and diabolical. This just confuses children and this is NOT in the best interest of the child but some busy body small person who wants to make a name for themselves.

Stonewall - I am disgusted at this action you are undertaking and could be the ruination of your charity. If this is what you do, then you do not represent the LGBT community at all, you do this off your own backs and do not drag the LGBT community down that appalling road with you.

PERIOD.

IT IS NOT UP TO ANYONE TO ASK WHAT PRONOUN YOU ARE -

AS WHO CARES -

ONLY YOU.

IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE SOMETHING THAT IS VERY DIFFERENT TO THE WAY YOU LOOK

THEN GET OVER YOURSELF.
