Macaulay Culkin

By the age of 12 he had already accumulated 45 million euros, but by 14 he realized he only had 15 million left.

Over the course of two years, so much money disappeared that even Macaulay Culkin, at age 14 and enjoying worldwide fame, noticed .

So he asked a judge to block his parents, Kit Culkin and Patricia Brentrup, from accessing his account.

Patricia reported that Kit was an abusive alcoholic , while he claimed that his wife was incapable of raising their children, much less managing Macaulay's career.

Fed up with everything, Macaulay, with the help of a judge, prevented his parents from accessing what remained of his fortune and officially retired from acting.

"My father was a violent man," Macaulay Culkin confessed to Time magazine years later "I asked him for time off, I wanted to go on vacation for the first time in my life, and he kept signing contracts for other films. Nobody listened to me.

My father had a giant bed and a huge TV and made me sleep with my brother on the couch. He did that to break my spirit," Culkin told the Times.

Ultimately, the actor never reconnected with his parents and has lived alone since he was 16.

McCauley Culkin pretty much destroyed his own life after making a fortune with the Home Alone movies. He became a drug addict.

Judy Garland

In the 1939 film The Wizard of Oz, Dorothy, accompanied by the Lion, the Scarecrow, and the Tin Man, discovers important lessons about love, courage, and knowledge.

However, for the young actress Judy Garland, who played the lead role, her experience in the film was far more tragic than her encounter with the Wicked Witch of the West.

The problem is that during the period she was immersed in the role of Dorothy, Judy faced problems that were unusual for a 17-year-old girl.

For example, there were days when I worked 18 hours a day in order to streamline production.

Also, as soon as I put on the costume, I felt constricted by the narrow waist of the dress. (Sash to cover the chest) Because of that, I could barely breathe.

Also, before recording sessions, my mother would give me amphetamines to keep me awake even during long recording sessions.

Michael Langdon

Melissa Sue Anderson was a child actor on Little House on the Prairie. She played Mary Ingalls from a young age.

Michael Landon, the show’s lead actor and director, became a strong father-like figure to her. He guided, supported, and mentored her during her childhood on set. She trusted him deeply and saw him as a protector and role model.

In 1979, rumors spread about Michael Landon being involved with a young production assistant. This news deeply shocked Melissa and other young cast members. It changed how she viewed him and caused emotional disappointment.Despite her feelings, she still had to work with him every day on set.

Over time, she struggled with the gap between his public image and real-life actions. Eventually, her anger softened into understanding and forgiveness. She learned that people can be both good and flawed at the same time. Their relationship later improved and became more peaceful.

Michael Landon attended Melissa’s wedding in 1990. He was later diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and died in 1991 at age 54. Melissa attended his funeral after they had reconciled.

The story highlights that people we admire are not perfect. It also shows the importance of forgiveness and emotional maturity.

This is Jake Lloyd. He played Anakin Skywalker in Episode I: The Phantom Menace.

After this film, Lloyd quit acting and tried to return to a normal teenage life. However, he was relentlessly bullied by those around him for playing Anakin Skywalker.

He also suffered from schizophrenia and was unable to receive treatment for some time. As an adult, he was indicted for driving dangerously without a license and spent some time in prison. After his release, he was prescribed psychotropic drugs, but it is said that he began to assault his mother once the drugs ran out. Subsequently, he was admitted to a psychiatric hospital, where he is said to still be today.

I believe a terrible injustice befell him. He was young and suffering from a severe mental illness, yet no one tried to help him. Instead of offering a helping hand, they laughed at him for appearing in a silly movie. He could have been in a much better situation. Those who laughed at him should be ashamed. It's worse than what Jake did.

I apologize for using strong words. However, my heart is truly with Jake. I don't know his current situation. If he ever reads this, I sincerely hope for his recovery and a better future. On behalf of all Star Wars fans, I am truly sorry for what has happened to Jake.

Another famous child star who had everything going for her was Erin Moran from Happy Days. She ended up a drug addict on skid row and died of an overdose in a roach-infested trailer.

The famous child star Carl Switzer, better known as “Alfalfa” in the “Our Gang” comedy shorts in the 1930s died in a knife fight in an alley over 5 dollars, a homeless, alcoholic wreck.

Christian Bale

At the age of 13, he was the star of a Steven Spielberg directed epic film. It was the true story of a British boy who was separated from his parents during World War II and survived Japanese prison camps. It was only his fourth acting job. He’s literally on screen for the vast majority of the film, which was nominated for six Oscars. He was billed above John Malkovich and Natasha Richardson.

Thirteen years later, he won an Academy Award for Best Actor in his own right.

So, as it turns out, that fellow, Christian Bale, seems to have done all right for himself.

You make, and take, from the news that which you wish to see and hear. You observe what you want and comment of things that affect you personally. If you don't like something, do not read it and move on but do not shy away from what IS going on in the world of which - you are a part. World news is so easy to find these days and differing opinions not hard to find. Having an opinion is vital and being a ' don't care' person helps no one. So open your mind - open your heart - open your awareness and ALWAYS be open to new ideas.
