Trump aside, is America's greatness coming to an end?

Trump aside, America’s greatness would be officially coming to an end, if the U.S. president pardons Ghislaine Maxwell.

Trump’s former criminal lawyer Todd Blanche — who is currently Deputy Attorney General of the U.S. Department of Justice — personally met Maxwell, who received a “limited immunity” from DOJ for her testimony, and Maxwell now officially demanded a pardon.

Blanche, Trump’s “fixer”, was the only person allowed to meet with Maxwell. No FBI agents. No independent observers. Just Trump’s personal lawyer, sitting alone with one of the most notorious figures in recent history.

Maxwell was sentenced to 20 years in prison in 2022 under the Biden administration.

(Her legal case being in the court was the reason why Biden was unable to “release Epstein files”, as some question. You can’t release evidence used in an active case. BTW, the Epstein case was sealed by the DOJ under Trump administration: Epstein was arrested — for the second time — in 2019.)

For reference: Maxwell was hit with perjury charges for lying under oath about the Epstein’s “operation“ before.

This happens as speaker Mike Johnson sends the House for holidays, saying openly they are doing it to stop conversations about “the Epstein files”.

I guess, a lot of the younger folk have no idea of the phrase: "You finally did it... damn you all to hell!" — that’s from the original “Planet of Apes”.

The world outside America is no longer in shock. We are already at the stage of acceptance of our loss.

However, some commentators under my posts insist that “Trump is doing everything right and he’s fighting against evil forces.”

Whether those are bots or real people — it doesn’t matter anymore.

The global perception has been formed, and America has lost our trust as the “leader of the free world.”

I actually think we are at the stage of people fighting robots already — for now, in cyber space.

Some bots are trying to shape the alternative reality and rewrite history — and other artificial intelligence bots are analyzing posts by these bots, which shape their perceptions and conclusions, which the AI bots then use when given tasks by people.

The whole world is moving into the “post-truth” era.

And we can see how Trump is trying to create this “post-truth” alternative reality in real time.

Which is a profound evidence of the end of America’s greatness.

The whole of America is watching this circus — and millions are pretending they believe the “post-truth” version. Those who dare to speak out, speak in metaphors, because they are afraid to be sued.

This is certainly not greatness. It’s societal rot on display for the whole world to see.
