Neighbour from hell lost his temper and smashed homeowner's garden gnome after she undercut drug deal

An Exeter resident has been ordered to compensate his neighbour after destroying a cherished garden ornament that had been handed down through her family for generations.
Shane Bryant, 51, who lives on Wellington Road in Alphington, admitted to criminal damage and assaulting a police officer at Exeter Magistrates' Court following an incident on June 4.
The court heard Bryant became enraged after discovering he had received less cannabis than expected from his neighbour's partner.

Police officers in Asheville, North Carolina, shot and killed a man who was reportedly firing a gun outside a local gay dive bar early Wednesday morning.
In a July 15 press release, the Asheville Police Department said officers responded to a report of a person discharging a firearm in the parking lot of a business in Asheville’s downtown area around 2 a.m. Wednesday morning.
This is the troube with America, - everyone has a gun and this guy may have been rowdy and drunk, thrown out of the bar and because he had a gun in the car and his brain clearly wasn't working - he decided to take pot shots at the bar and this brought about his death. So he just went out for a few beers and maybe to pick up a bit of trade and instead he picked up - knowing the American cops - probably 20 - 50 rounds of ammunition leading to his death. So senseless and what a waste of life. But this is America and guns rule supreme. If this was the UK he would have probably caused a fight, got himself arrested and wake up with one hell of a hang over in a prison cell awaiting trial for being drunk and disorderly and he would / could have become a decent member of society and instead - dead.

Do you celebrate the murder here as viable - when in EVERY country ON THE PLANET we look to America as the MURDER CAPITAL OF THE WORLD and you do fuck all about it as the gun loby is worth too much money and it all comes down to that - power and money.

The incident unfolded on a Turkish Airlines flight from Turkey to Dusseldorf and a police investigation is ongoing, German newspaper Bild reports. According to police, the suspect, a 29-year-old German national with a Turkish background, refused to sit next to a woman, citing Sharia law - the religious and moral code of Islam.
