Silicone is used and is very dangerous.
It eventually sets hard and goes lumpy and is not a good look or feel. We all want bigger but we also want bigger that works and when so huge,
there is nothing you can do with it.
When a dick is as huge, it becomes a problem, then huge is a minus not a plus.
You never get it sucked and never receive 'deep throat'

So all in all, it is fun to play with for a while but
the limitations are greater than the advanages.
