HOW DO YOU COOL OFF IN HOT WEATHER?
To cool off quickly in hot weather
Prioritize your core body temperature and your immediate environment by keeping the sun out, staying hydrated, and using simple evaporative cooling methods.
Drink plenty of water throughout the day, avoid heavy alcohol and caffeine, and wear loose, lightweight, light-colored clothing.

It was my fault. I simply wasn't looking where I was going. Mind you, I wasn't expecting to trip over a mans cock as it lay on its own towel besIde him and I simply didn't see it and - over I went, flat bang onto the penis's owner.

This is what I do in this hot weather. I get my work done early and then go sit in the garden and I can potter in and out of the sun, get an ice cream and cold drink as and when I want and no screaming families and sand everywhere. This is what I feel is the responsible thing for an older man to do. It is more elegant and stylish that being with the plebians. CF.
