Norman Eshley, the actor, who has died aged 80, was best-known for playing Jeffrey Fourmile in George and Mildred (ITV, 1976-79), a character who rivalled The Good Life’s Margo Leadbetter as the snobbiest next-door neighbour in 1970s sitcom suburbia.
I am sure many of us remember watching ' George and Mildred' and just the thought takes me back many decades.

A man in Portugal has died after his partner lost her balance and fell on top of him.

One of my dear close friends is a BIG Trump supporter and he keeps asking how come we are friends, and my answer is I just laugh when I hear him spew his stuff and how a part of me cannot actually believe him when he says the things he says, and while I discuss / argue back, I always keep it light and informative while not attacking. It seems that if and when ICE or something else hits MAGA's, then they wake to the truth and realize how they got suckered in.
If they have a big state funeral for this cunt, like his Birthday Parade, they will probably drop the casket - play the wrong type of music, ( CLICK HERE FOR WHAT THEY SHOULD PLAY ) invite the worlds political leaders of which none will turn up ( not even Puitin as he will be arrested if he did leave Russia ) and while his home at Mar Largo will probably be turned into a museum, no one will visit as by then, MAGAs will see through his lies and deception and he will die a lonely old man, knowing the world hates his every breath and how the world learned what a horrible man he was and how hated, absolutely loathed - he was.

Both the US and Canada were colonies of European countries. Canada was a mixture of British and French colonies. The US a mixture of British, French and Spanish colonies, possibly others, because the US did have New Amsterdam as a city.
Neither the US or Canada was a colony of the other.
