BAKERS

All of the above are hugely dominated by men but are seen as womens jobs...

Women complain they don't need men - well how many women work in these fields. The answer - Some - but VERY VERY FEW and in most cases, less that 0.5% - so less then even one percent.

After a big snow storm where power lines are down and thousand left without power, it is MEN who go out in the snow and ice - up ladders in appalling conditions, repairing dangerous power lines and NOT women.

Women participate in all aspects of life, including employment, education, and leadership, while often bearing a higher share of unpaid household labor, childcare, and emotional work. They contribute significantly as professionals, caregivers, and community members, navigating diverse societal roles that balance personal aspirations with family and social expectations.

They also cause and create a lot of problems in the workplace trying to ' take on' men in an agressive manner.

Key areas of activity and roles include:

  • Employment & Professional Life: Women work in diverse sectors, often balancing roughly 6.5 to 8 hours of employment daily alongside home duties. They are increasingly in leadership and entrepreneurial roles, though sometimes facing systemic barriers.

  • Household & Family Care:

  • On average, women are more involved in cleaning, cooking, laundry, and daily management of household tasks.

  • Emotional Labor & Support: Women frequently manage "emotional labor" within relationships, such as nurturing, providing support, planning events, and maintaining social connections.

  • Societal Contributions: Beyond the home, women act as educators, activists, and decision-makers in their communities.

  • Personal Goals: Women pursue individual passions, careers, education, and personal development.

While traditional roles historically emphasized nurturing and caregiving, modern women engage in a broad spectrum of activities, often challenging stereotypes and seeking equality in both work and home environments - however - the number of women taking on the mans role at work is still very very small compared to men and the list of jobs above and largely men only.

Ten examples of women's rights include the right to vote and hold office, equal pay and fair wages, access to education, reproductive rights, freedom from violence (domestic, sexual), bodily autonomy, property ownership, participation in legal contracts, equal rights in family law, and freedom from discrimination in employment. These rights ensure women and girls can live free from discrimination and participate fully in society.

Here are 10 specific examples:

  1. Right to Vote & Political Participation: The ability to vote in elections and run for public office.

  2. Equal Pay for Equal Work: Receiving the same wages as men for performing the same job.

  3. Right to Education: Equal access to schooling and higher education.

  4. Reproductive Rights: Control over one's own reproductive health, including contraception and abortion access.

  5. Freedom from Violence: Protection from domestic abuse, sexual assault, and harassment.

  6. Bodily Autonomy: The right to make decisions about one's own body.

  7. Property Rights: The ability to own, inherit, and control property.

  8. Equal Contract Rights: The right to enter into legal contracts.

  9. Equal Family Law Rights: Fair treatment in matters like marriage, divorce, and child custody.

  10. Non-discrimination in Employment: Protection from bias in hiring, promotion, and workplace.

So women do not need men huh ? What a joke that is as men can cope very well without women as we can knit, sow, cook, design and serve in all aspects where a women can,- yet a woman cannot serve in many of the ' manly jobs' as they simply haven't the strength or simply won't go where a man is willing to go.

So go for it girls, create your own No Men Allowed world and see just how long you last before your car konks out and you need it fixing- or you blow a tyre and stand there looking useless until a man comes to your rescue and see how quickly your feminine side comes out and you act all fay and useless around the man who is helping, but then bitch him as soon as he has you back on the road with ' Oh we don't need men.'

You wouldn't last a month.
