As usual, summers in Colorade were long and hot. You could guarantee that for most of the 5 months of summer would be hot - sunny - wonderful weather to be outdoors. I was working on a horse ranch for the summer and was the only Limey there, so I was the novelty act, especially when I spoke as they all thought I was very posh and well spoken and loved the way I pronounced things. John: Can I offer an experience that happened to me back in the 90's.
