Opinion: I'm not surprised Kate's ousted Andrew

ree

Story by Amanda Platell

As the dust settles on the exile of Andrew Mountbatten Windsor and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson , King Charles should be applauded for insisting they are chucked out of Royal Lodge. But did he act swiftly enough for future Queen Catherine? After all, she and William and their three children have just moved into their forever home, Forest Lodge in Windsor Great Park. And, despite the King's edict, Andrew and Fergie are still in their palatial home just over a mile down the road – and they could be there for months before their eviction.

JB COMMENTS: Just look at how he hates her - the look he is giving her in this picture is one of complete and utter hate. She sees through him and clearly does not appreciate his behaviour like the Queen did and the whole family have now indicated their displeasure at what a spoiled little brat he is.

Fury as council to charge dog walkers £450 a year to use public park

Eleanor Burleigh

A Green Party-run council is moving ahead with plans to charge dog walkers for using parks in Bristol despite major backlash. The local authority said it would impose annual levies of £450 on those seeking to use the city's green spaces for activities including exercise classes and professional dogwalking in September. The announcement attracted immediate and vociferous criticism, with other councillors warning that the "inappropriate" charges could harm small businesses.

JB COMMENTS:- Why shouldn't they be charged for using public facilities for a private financial veture. If someone wants to use my facilities to do a one day workshop, they pay me to use the facilities. Why shouldn't dog walkers / excercise classes etc. who use the parks, beaches etc. pay for the use of facilities that we all pay for through our council tax. Mind you, who is going to monitor this and who is going to check peoples licenses and will probably cost more than the income raised so - why bother ?

QUESTION: - Do schools pay when they use public playing fields for school events ?

Pension disaster: Retirement savings face 87% tax bill under Rachel Reeves's reforms:

ree

Story by Patrick O'Donnell

Pension savings for some families could be hammered with tax bills charged at 87 per cent under reforms announced by Chancellor Rachel Reeves in last year's Autumn Budget.

Last year, the Chancellor confirmed pension pots would be made liable for inheritance tax (IHT) in April 2027, bringing unspent defined contribution pension funds into estates and ending their current exempt status.

JB COMMENTS; Isn't it typical that what they say when trying to get elected is complete bollocks after they come to power and taxing pensions was NOT on the agenda and neither was tax hikes and look at what Labour is now trying to do ? Things will change next geberal election.

BBC ‘100% fake news’, says Donald Trump’s press secretary

ree

Story by Geraldine McKelvie

Donald Trump’s press secretary has described the BBC as “100% fake news” and a “propaganda machine” in an outspoken interview that comes after allegations of bias at the broadcaster.

Karoline Leavitt, a senior White House official in the Trump administration, said watching BBC bulletins while on trips to the UK “ruins” her day, saying taxpayers were being “forced to foot the bill for a leftist propaganda machine”.

JB COMMENTS:- This appalling women is nothing but a lying c**t from the moment she opens her eyes in the morning to the moment she goes to bed. She proliferates the Trump lies as truths while WE ALL KNOW THAT NEITHER OF THEM WOULD RECOGNISE THE TRUTH IF IT BIT THEM IN THE ARSE - and all they do is peddle lies, mistruths and dangerous rhetoric that is far from reality and millions of people are hurt, but then, they simply don't care as both are c**ts.
