This was an e mail received as confirmation of payment for an evening of entertainment at this hotel in question.
This answer is appalling.
It is wrong in financial terms and wrong in lay out and just wrong - and coming from a corporate body - a big hotel with trained staff - TRAINED to answer e mails and take bookings - not cook dinner, not do beds - not serve in the bar - not wash dishes - not do laundry - not buy food stocks or bar deliveries - not do anything but the job they are employed to do and look at the mess, the unprofessional mess of their reply - and it makes me wonder about those who like to e mail me and tell me of a typo in my Blog and I do feel exasperated..
Of all the fuckups facilitated by corporate companies and the government and yet people like to point out a single spelling mistake on this Blog and I despair.
If corporate business cannot even put together a correct and propper e mail and send this garbage out as professional - then I truly despair.
If and when it took Santander Bank over 3 years to put the correct phone number on their web site - yes - 3 YEARS - and they employ a vast IT dept. it makes me wonder why they are so incompetant and why people seem to think they can rag at me about a simple typo and let corporate business away with this ?
So, have you ever received an appallingly worded or spaced or simply wrong e mail from a business that shocked you inkits unprofessional approach to you and the business at hand ?
