I worked out 3 times a week at the gymn in my 30's and 40's. I was in brilliant shape - all toned and fit. As the years pass and after the gymn goes bye bye and other things fill the time - the body slowly reverts and looses much of its toning and begins to spread a bit more in places it never did before. Here are some examples of older men whose gym days are probably a bit behind them and who are happy with their body no matter what. And fuck anyone who finds fault in the older, more spread out body type as it will get most of us one day.

When I see a cute nubile 18 year old, so full of energy, youth and excitement for life, it sometimes does make me realize I am the older man these days and the years of being the young hot cutie have long passed - but not gone - just manifested into someone else, something different, and in fact - more experienced and more knowledgeable and - well - just more of what I was at 18 but better - actually although youth is seen as the all important thing in life, IT IS NOT - experience is what counts above all else and it is no use being the everso cute 18 - 30 year old if you are crap at sex - or crap at anything really - as lifes journey teaches us along the way, important lessons that help us in life and as young and as stunning as some / many young people are, give me the more mature man any day.

Everything must be hard work - and dieting when this size needs medical intervention or your heart can hit back and attack when you least expect. The actor Devine was a client of mine decades ago and while weighing in at 485lb - over 30- stone - and which killed him in the end - he worked, travelled the world, made movies and disco tracks and came to see me for a weekly massage. Size does limit, but it does not mean you are dead yet. Many on the gay scene will ignore, but I see a person first .

I had beautiful tanned and toned skin for most of my life. Suntanned beautifully and would acquire a stunning all over tan. As I grew older moles started appearing all over my body and like this guy above, moles galore.
