Hi, I saw your retreat on TV a while ago, and I've been working up the courage to e-mail, and I know (or really hope) that you get this all the time, but what you're doing is amazing. I'm a straight woman, but I through illness and appearance I know how hard it can be to feel loved and included, and I've seen gay friends berated and bullied for nothing more than being themselves, and I can't even begin to describe how wonderful it was to see the work you do to make people feel accepted and loved and happy.

Seeing your sanctuary really restored my faith in humanity, however cheesy that may sound, and its so nice to know that such beautiful people have dedicated their time and energies to doing something so wonderful for other people,
